Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality to join our team. This role is focused on identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities, particularly in venue buyouts, corporate packages, and bulk pass sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, comfortable with outbound outreach, and skilled in building long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Prospecting Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and face-to-face meetings. Target corporates, agencies, event planners, and decision-makers for venue buyouts, large group bookings, and corporate passes.
- Sales & Revenue Growth Develop tailored proposals and presentations to pitch venue buyouts, bulk ticketing, and partnership packages. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate and close contracts to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business. Provide after-sales support, ensuring smooth execution of buyouts and corporate events.
- Market Engagement & Networking Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to generate leads. Maintain a deep understanding of competitors and market trends to position offerings effectively.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity records. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business or related field.
- 2–4 years’ proven track record in outbound sales, corporate sales, or business development (venue sales / MICE / entertainment / hospitality experience is a plus).
- Strong hunter mentality with persistence in prospecting and closing new accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with high drive and resilience.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
