We’re looking for a proactive Customer Accounts Executive to manage overdue accounts and support our hire purchase and leasing portfolio. You’ll play a key role in communicating with customers, handling defaults, and ensuring smooth loan administration processes.
What You’ll Do
Contact overdue customers via calls and emails to arrange repayments.
Use negotiation and problem‑solving skills to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
Research and update contact information for hard‑to‑reach customers.
Oversee vehicle repossession and remarketing processes when required.
Support daily administrative and customer service tasks (loan details, invoices, early termination quotes, etc.).
Handle customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Liaise with authorities and partners (e.g. LTA, HPFLAS).
Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and the 4‑eyes principle.
Take on other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Who You Are
Experienced in collections, recovery, or loan administration (preferred).
Strong communicator with good negotiation and research skills.
Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling administrative work.
