Make an Impact by
  • Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs set for the Expatriate Channel.
  • Manage and support channel partners specialising in expatriate, international student, and referral-based sales.
  • Promote Singtel’s suite of consumer products and services, including Mobile, Broadband, TV, and value-added offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Sales Support, Field Installation, and Commission teams to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement lead generation initiatives to expand customer acquisition channels.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews, including sales performance insights and growth strategies.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support business expansion and continuity.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for new agents and partner representatives on Singtel’s products, systems, and sales processes.
  • Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies and are accurately processed and closed.
  • Oversee incentive payments, ensuring timely disbursement and prompt resolution of disputes.
  • Communicate updates on new product launches, service enhancements, and business initiatives.
  • Provide effective support to partners in resolving operational and service-related matters.
  • Manage contractual renewals and ensure all partner agreements are approved and signed before expiry.
Partnership Development
  • Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen Singtel’s business ecosystem.
  • Organise and lead partner engagement initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and industry networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various sales channels, including Singtel Exclusive Retailers (SERs), Door-to-Door, Expat, and SME segments.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to identify and execute partnership opportunities that align with corporate objectives and growth plans
Skills for Success
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Telecommunications, Information Technology, or Consumer Sales industries, with prior exposure to channel or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven aptitude in sales, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism
