Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an accounts payable specialist for a 6-month contract. The role involves matching and posting vendor invoices, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate accounts. Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Match and post vendor invoices, employee claims, POs, and delivery notes.
- Prepare AP reports, reconcile vendor statements, and manage monthly payments.
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts.
Location: Bishan
Duration: 6 months contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $4000
Match and post vendor invoices, employee claims, POs, and delivery notes; resolve discrepancies.
Prepare AP reports, reconcile vendor statements, and manage monthly payments.
Maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts.
Post journals, fixed asset depreciation, and bank deductions.
Reconcile bank and PO accounts; maintain fixed asset register.
Prepare Balance Sheet, cash flow reports, and assist with GST filing.
Support project costing, stock adjustments, and other ad-hoc tasks.
