Job description

Location: Bishan

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $4000

Match and post vendor invoices, employee claims, POs, and delivery notes; resolve discrepancies.
Prepare AP reports, reconcile vendor statements, and manage monthly payments.
Maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts.
Post journals, fixed asset depreciation, and bank deductions.
Reconcile bank and PO accounts; maintain fixed asset register.
Prepare Balance Sheet, cash flow reports, and assist with GST filing.
Support project costing, stock adjustments, and other ad-hoc tasks.
