A travel service company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to handle inquiries and liaise with airlines and hotels for travel arrangements. Candidates should have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in FIT travel arrangements and strong knowledge of booking systems. Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin are essential. This role involves customer engagement and participation in events.
Attend to Inquiries via phone calls, walk in and emails
Propose appropriate travel products and services in accordance to client’s requirement
To liaise with Airlines and Hotels reservations
Provide travel information, and assist with visa applications
Ensure travel documents and invoices are processed accurately
Participate in travel fairs/roadshows
Tour Leading Job assignment
Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the company from time to time

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FIT travel arrangements
Strong knowledge of airline booking systems (GDS) and hotel reservation platforms
Familiarity with visa requirements and documentation for key destinations
Experience in handling both leisure and corporate FIT clients
Ability to propose customized itineraries and value-added services
Willing to work on routine hours and shift duties on weekends
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin (For communication with overseas partners; e.g China and Taiwan)
