Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed branch sales targets for beauty and spa services, packages, and retail products.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and lead a team of beauty consultants, therapists, and front‑desk staff.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and handle VIP clients and customer complaints professionally.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement local marketing strategies, promotions, and events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Reporting: Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to upper management.
  • Brand Ambassador: Uphold De Beaute’s image and reputation in all client interactions and community engagements.
