Job summary

Candidates should have 2–3 years of sales experience and knowledge of BIM platforms, such as Autodesk or Bentley. The position offers a salary of SGD 3,500 – 5,000 plus commission and allowances.

Location: (Redhill MRT)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm
Job Responsibilities
- Identify client requirements in the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM or digital construction solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and prepare proposals or quotations.
- Develop new business opportunities and manage customer accounts.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to support project delivery and ensure fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Manage sales pipeline activities and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor BIM-related market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction technology, software, or relevant industries.
- Knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Bentley, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations on BIM or digital construction solutions.
- Ability to manage sales processes including prospecting, proposal preparation, and follow-up.
