Job summary

A leading restaurant group based in Singapore seeks an enthusiastic administrative support staff to join their team. Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support on administrative functions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of catering and event sales.
  • Coordinate banquet and meeting space for maximum revenue.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for necessary services.
  • Generate revenue and establish new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain feedback and ensure repeat business.

Job description

Salary Range: $2500 - $3000

Commission scheme applicable (After probation)

5-day work week (Flexible to work on weekends when required)

Requirements:

  • Singaporean / PR Status

Daily Job Scopes:

  • Provide daily support on administrative functions such as paper filing, answering call and email enquiries.
  • Ensure the proper documentation and execution of all catering and event sales.
  • Responsible for day to day co-ordination of the banquet and meeting space to ensure maximum revenue and profitability for the company.
  • Responsible with coordinating with external vendors for necessary services to execute events.
  • Pro-actively generate revenue and establish new sales opportunities through prospecting and organise sales visit To assist with site visits as and when required
  • Follow up with respective clients before and after each function/corporate meeting so as to obtain feedback and ensure repeat business
