Account Executive – Full‑Cycle Finance & Audit Readiness
Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to manage full sets of accounts, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with reporting standards. The ideal candidate should be PC literate with strong MS Office skills and preferably have knowledge of the Sage Accounting System. The role requires communicating with Chinese-speaking clients and handling ad hoc duties. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the financial accuracy and efficiency of the company.
Qualifications
- PC literate with strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting System preferred.
- Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts including GL, AP, AR and fixed assets.
- Prepare audit schedules and resolve issues identified by auditors.
- Generate financial reports including monthly and annual accounts.
- Examine and analyze accounting records for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
