Business Manager

A new headcount for Business Manager has just been created within our client in the medical diagnostic industry. This is due to the business expansion that they have crafted for the sales department.

About the Business Manager Role:

In this position, your primary duty is to manage business operations, develop growth strategies, and ensure products reach the highest standards of quality and innovation. The business manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production, and regulatory affairs, to improve market positioning and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute business strategies to drive growth in the healthcare sector.
• Create and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
• Collaborate with Business Unit teams to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Ensure all products comply with relevant medical device regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage budgets to meet financial targets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a business management role within the healthcare distribution sector.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, including FDA and ISO standards.
• Proven experience in driving business growth, managing cross-functional teams, and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
