Job description
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cost control, and high-quality food production.
  • Supervise and lead the kitchen team, ensuring food preparation aligns with company recipes, health, and safety standards.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory, place orders for ingredients and supplies, and verify the quality of received goods.
  • Ensure food presentation meets menu specifications, conducting final checks before service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff, providing necessary guidance to maintain consistency in food quality.
  • Handle customer feedback related to food quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food & Service Management, or Business Management.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen, with prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
