A leading operations service provider in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage and direct a team in accomplishing goals efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations management, possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, and be able to foster effective communication within the team. This position requires experience in managing operational processes and implementing procedures to enhance productivity in the workplace.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in operations management or business management may be advantageous.
- Proven work experience in the relevant department.
Responsabilités
- Manage and lead a team responsible for completing complex tasks efficiently and profitably.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external contacts.
- Create and implement schedules, procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
