Job summary

A Singapore-based manufacturing company is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage fullset accounting functions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English. This role requires excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and offers an opportunity to support financial operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business finance, preferably in manufacturing.

• Experience with ERP implementation or migration is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Manage fullset accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable

and general ledger, ensuring adherence to standards, regulations, and legal compliance.

Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and optimize working capital.

Prepare financial statements and performance reports; provide actionable insights to guide investments and resource allocation.

Ensure tax and regulatory compliance, maintain internal controls, support audits, and manage financial risk.

Support the head of finance on projects aimed at enhancing business and operations and improving company efficiency.

Provide ad hoc support in cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management or equivalent.

ACPA or ACCA or equivalent certification is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of business finance experience; experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural/multi-national organization and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Strong understanding of ERP system process. Experience with ERP implementation or migration is a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
