Job summary

A leading facilities management firm located in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist customers with contractual compliance and enhance their tenancy management processes. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in tenancy management and possess strong interpersonal skills to handle professional customer interactions effectively. The contract duration is for 1 year with a competitive salary range of $4500 to $6000.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in tenancy management.
• Experience in facility or property management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying instances of contractual non-compliance.
• Help them understand the specific obligations and requirements outlined in their contracts.
• Assess gaps between contractual expectations and current performance or actions.
• Provide clear guidance on steps needed to return to full compliance.
• Support the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Clarify necessary documentation and ensure it aligns with contractual terms.
• Work with customers to verify that all resolutions meet the conditions and standards defined in their agreements.

• Experience in facility or property management will be an advantage.
