Qualifications

  • 2-3 years working experience in sales (B2B) is preferred.

Overview

This roleis responsible fordeveloping the global client base and activities related to enhancing the market presence of the organisation. Additionally, the role also supports the post sales and operations department in ensuring the quality of service to our clients. The role reports to business development team lead.

Accountabilities
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Preparing and sending quotations and proposals.
  • Engaging potential clients in person or by phone/email as applicable.
  • Handling queries and feedback from existing and prospective clients. Maintaining the client database as per group requirements.
  • Onboarding of new clients.
  • Developing the marketing plans and strategies in liaison with Business development team.
  • Implementing marketing plans.
  • Supporting the client and market engagement initiatives.
  • Support the gathering and analysing of market intelligence and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct client surveys and analysis. Prepare sales and marketing reports.
  • Support operations team in delivering quality service and as required by operational needs.
  • Support finance team in managing Accounts receivables.
  • Any other task as required by management.
