As the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future, fostering innovation, and leading a high-performing team.

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company’s operations and growth initiatives.
• Oversee financial performance, develop long-term business plans, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Report to the Board with market insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Foster innovation and guide teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• At least 10 years of professional engineering experience, including a minimum of 3–5 years in senior leadership roles with a proven track record in managing operations and driving business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications or recognized advanced education are preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex business environments and make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead business development and deliver sustainable growth.
