A fast-growing cosmetics brand management company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff to handle tax compliance, payment processing, and financial reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetics industry. Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and proficiency in accounting software are essential. This position offers an opportunity to work independently in a dynamic environment.

- 2-4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Experience in FMCG or cosmetics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file monthly tax reports.
- Process supplier payments and manage petty cash.

We are a fast-growing cosmetics brand management company operating across multiple channels: online e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), B2B distribution, and marketing & brand promotion. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Staff to manage our financial operations.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Staff who will play a crucial role in managing our company’s financial operations. This position requires a versatile professional who can handle tax compliance, payment processing, bank account management, and financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or cosmetics/beauty industry, and be familiar with the unique financial challenges of businesses operating across e-commerce, B2B distribution, and marketing activities.
- Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file monthly tax reports
- Coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants
- Payment & Cash Management
- Process supplier payments, salaries, and operational expenses
- Manage petty cash and monitor daily cash flow
- Ensure timely payment execution with proper documentation
- Bank Account Management
- Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations
- Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies
- Manage online banking for payments and transfers
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Reconcile sales data from e-commerce platforms and B2B channels
- Support month-end closing and annual audits
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of finance/accounting experience
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations
- Familiar with finance system
- Proficient in accounting software
- Familiar with online banking and e-commerce platforms
