Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Banking & Finance division. This is a full 360 recruitment role, requiring end-to-end management of both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for building and managing your own portfolio of clients in the banking and financial services sector across Singapore and/or the broader Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Build and manage relationships with banking and finance clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • 360 Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation—ensuring seamless delivery for both clients and candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Provide market insights and career advice to candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Market & Brand Building: Stay updated on industry trends, support marketing efforts, and enhance brand presence through networking and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within Banking & Financial Services
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Solid understanding of roles within corporate banking, investment banking, asset managers, risk, compliance, finance, or operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a high level of resilience and initiative
