Business Function:

Our financial solutions are not only the best in class - they are made just for you. We're seeking a dynamic candidate to work in the Trading Product team in our Consumer Banking investment business. The candidate will formulate product strategy and grow the revenue for trading products that include cash equity, FX and cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus is on building out the equity trading business. Coverage can be extended to other trading products such as cryptocurrency and FX
  • Driving marketing efforts that echo product's value propositions
  • Work closely with Research team to curate publications relevant to clients
  • Build innovative platform nudges to provide information that is appreciated by clients
  • In charge of product developments and system enhancements from the product management perspective
  • Conduct regular training to relationship managers on market coverage and accessibility, platform capability and control procedures
  • Constantly evolving and iterating training guides to capture latest regulatory or internal control requirements to aid Relationship Managers s in their execution
  • Own and manage product profitability. Present revenue numbers and progress on product initiatives in regular financial forum
  • Take charge of various financial reporting requirements such as budgeting and RM incentives
  • Address clients and Relationship Managers' queries adequately in timely fashion
  • On an on-going basis, collate and analyse customers' queries and feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies
  • Perform industry bench-marking and competitor analysis to ensure product features and offerings remain relevant and attractive
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 7 years of financial services industry experience with strong knowledge of trading products, especially Cash Equity
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products & services and procedures
  • Knowledge of financial market trends in relation to equities, FX and cryptocurrency
  • Good understanding and awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Possess presentation and training skills
  • Self-motivated team players with excellent service aptitude who would enjoy in a fast-paced service focused environment
