Job summary
A prominent financial services firm in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of solutions related to Asset Management. You will oversee business requirements analysis, lead user acceptance testing, and ensure alignment with project goals. Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business requirements analysis and grooming.
- Good understanding of asset and/or wealth management businesses.
- In-depth knowledge in the Asset Management finance domain.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery and continuous integration of solutions.

- Oversee UAT management, including timelines and testing results.

Job description
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery and continuous integration of solutions
- Knowledge of Asset Management and familiarity with Asset Management Fee billing is a must
- Collate and manage all the details for data marts, including details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data being held in the application, etc.
- Experience in data UAT testing, ability to handle data analysis and data UAT
- Support user continuity on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities
- Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
- For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy)
- Collate and rationalize all stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough these requirements with them
- Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long-term standardization, design for no operations, front end configuration perspective
- Assess and propose appropriate testing approach, sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence
- Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/re-run and managing the tester's testing result
- Prepare proper documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template
Qualifications/Experience
- Recognized degree in relevant field
- At least 8 years of demonstrated business requirements analysis and grooming experience
- Good understanding of asset and/or wealth management businesses, including trade lifecycle and operational processes
- In‑dept knowledge and experience in Asset Management industry finance domain
- Certifications are encouraged and demonstrate continuous learning
