We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Management to join our Middle Office Product team in APAC. This role is based in Singapore (Hybrid).

In this role, you will:

• Define and document the future state model ensuring it is scalable and efficient for all clients, including identifying gaps and high-level requirements during the requirements and due diligence phases for client review and engineering estimation.
• Work with technical business analysts to document high-level requirements and detailed specifications.
• Obtain stakeholder sign-off for requirements from product owners, operations, and engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced colleagues, lead project teams, and assist management in operationalizing functional or business objectives.
• Support the APAC Middle Office Solutions business by collaborating with client-facing teams and working closely with clients to develop operational models.

To succeed, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience with Middle Office Solutions, especially Trade Management Services, Investment Accounting, and Derivatives, including dependencies on upstream or third-party processes and data.
• 10-12 years of experience in the investment management industry or a similar field.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to influence partners at all organizational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in Product Management, operations, or client management is preferred.
