Job description

Prudence Financial Group ("Prudence") is an investment management firm with over 60 employees across Hong Kong, Singapore and mainland China. Since 2008, Prudence has consistently delivered high-quality returns to investors and received multiple industry awards.

Prudence Asset Management Pte. Ltd. ("PAM") holds a Capital Market Services License issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS"), to conduct fund management. PAM independently manages asset management products and collaborates with other teams of Prudence to provide clients with the most suitable products and services.

We are seeking a Fund of Funds Portfolio Manager with at least 10 years of relevant experience to lead our investments in global hedge funds. This role requires deep knowledge of hedge fund strategies, market trends, and risk management, particularly within the US, Asian, and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver strong investment performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Developand implement fund of funds investment strategies that align with our clients' objectives. Manage and optimize the fund's portfolio, ensuring proper asset allocation and diversification across regions and strategies.
2. Conduct thorough due diligence on hedge fund managers, including performance analysis, risk assessment, and operational reviews.
3. Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments affecting hedge funds globally.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with hedge fund managers, industry analysts, and internal stakeholders.
5. Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for clients and internal management.
6. Build relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in fund of funds management or related fields, with a strong focus on hedge funds.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field; a Master degree or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
3. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills and strong understanding of hedge fund strategies and risk management techniques.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of both English and Mandarin is required.
