Responsibilities
·Lease management, including lease expiry tracking, lease renewal negotiation, documentation and execution of the lease agreements.
·Lease administration such as bankers guarantee expiry tracking and renewal.
·Explore expansion opportunities with existing customers.
·Customer relationship management.
·Handle customer complaints.
·Prepare Budget and Business Plan for new financial year for approval.
·Execute approved Business Plan.
·Periodic asset performance tracking, review and plan for improvement works.
·Asset enhancement planning and execution.
·Property tax management.
·Arrears management.
·Work closely with the Property Manager in terms of building operation planning and execution.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Property Management, Business Management or other related discipline.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in real estate marketing & leasing. Strong preference for relevant experience in industrial parks / hi-specs / business parks assets.
- Good network with industrialist will be huge advantage
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and work with different personality types
