Job summary
A recruitment agency based in Singapore is seeking an HR Analyst to prepare and analyze HR data, conduct audits for data accuracy, and maintain performance dashboards. Candidates should possess a diploma in Human Resources or a related field and experience in HR/data roles. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail are essential. The role also includes support for office administration and HR projects.

- Prepare HR data for reporting and analysis.
- Conduct audits for HR data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain dashboards for HR performance metrics.

Prepare, check, and consolidate HR data for reporting and analysis
Conduct audits to ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards
Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor HR and team performance metrics
Assist with office administration, including meetings, documentation, and managing supplies or IT assets
Support ad-hoc HR and operational projects to improve processes
Diploma level in Human Resources/ Business Analytics/ Statistics or related studies
Experience in HR/ data/ analytics roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
