• Prepare, check, and consolidate HR data for reporting and analysis

• Conduct audits to ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards

• Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor HR and team performance metrics

• Assist with office administration, including meetings, documentation, and managing supplies or IT assets

• Support ad-hoc HR and operational projects to improve processes

• Diploma level in Human Resources/ Business Analytics/ Statistics or related studies

• Experience in HR/ data/ analytics roles

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
