Job summary

A construction and geotechnical firm in Singapore is looking for a part-time administrative support specialist to help prepare and organize project documents, manage version control, and assist in quantity surveying tasks. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills. This role allows for flexible work up to 3 days a week, and is suitable for undergraduates or interns available to start immediately.

Qualifications

  • Some prior experience in doing admin duties preferred.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
  • Able to commence work immediately/within short notice.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents.
  • Ensure proper version control and systematic filing of all project records.
  • Coordinate with site teams and cross-department colleagues on documentation matters.

  • Support daily project administration and ensure timely submission of documents to clients and consultants.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
