An educational institute in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise a team and ensure safety, security, and effective logistics management. The role involves maintaining facilities, coordinating with vendors for improvement projects, and implementing safety protocols. Candidates must possess strong organizational and managerial skills, along with experience in estate management and safety planning. A Fire Safety Manager certification is a plus, and the position is offered on an 11-month contract basis.
As an Operations Manager an educational institute, you will supervise a team of Operations Support officers in maintaining safety and security, as well as logistics and estate management.
You will be involved in various aspects of operations such as maintenance of facilities, coordination with vendors for infrastructure/ facilities improvement and maintenance works, as well as implementation of safety protocols and emergency response procedures. You will also work with Head (Administration) and Administration Manager to manage infrastructure-related budget and evaluate infrastructure-related project proposals.
