Job summary

We are looking for a Temp Assistant Admin Support on a 10-months (Dec 2025 to Sep 2026) contract basisto support the Dept of Student Development. Submit your application now!

What you will be working on
  • Provide administrative and logistics support for the Wellness for Life (WFL) module, including lesson coordination, attendance and operations.
  • Assist in sports administration by coordinating sign-ups, managing attendance, arranging logistics and facilities and supporting events/ competitions.
  • Support overseas programmes on an as-needed basis, e.g. facility bookings, transportation, catering, and inbound group logistics.
  • Assist in the student club administration work such as facilities booking, clubroom inspection etc.
  • Undertake other assigned administrative duties to support departmental operations.
What we are looking for
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detailed-oriented, versatile and good interpersonal skills
  • Possess initiative with ability to multi-task and able to work independently with a proactive & positive attitude and minimal supervision
  • Willing to support evening/ weekend SP events/ competitions when required.
