Job summary

A prominent manpower agency in Singapore seeks an Administrative Officer to oversee office administration, coordinate meetings, and maintain logistics. Work Location: Changi Business Park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including document management, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle office correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, liaise with vendors, and manage office logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various company documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and internal departments as required.
  • Monitor, track, and schedule servicing and maintenance of company vehicles.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
