Job summary

A leading clean-mobility technology firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle work pass administration, and support employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with employees at all levels are essential. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful efficiency improvements in a dynamic environment.

Work location: AMK

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of orientation materials and closing of employee records.
  • Handle work pass administration and ensure timely submission, renewal, and compliance for foreign employees.
  • Maintain training records, track course validity, and assist in scheduling operators for required certifications.
  • Assist with employee engagement and welfare initiatives, including coordination of HR events and communication activities.
  • Manage leave applications in the HR system, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain employee files, update personnel information in the HRIS, and support general HR documentation needs.
  • Provide frontline HR support to operational staff and resolve day-to-day employment-related queries.
  • Monitor probation milestones and ensure timely processing of confirmations for new hires.
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees across different levels.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with blue-collar and operational teams.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and adapting to evolving operational needs.
  • Comfortable interacting with Mandarin-speaking employees and providing HR assistance where necessary.
