Job summary

A leading clean-mobility technology firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle work pass administration, and support employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with employees at all levels are essential. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle work pass administration for foreign employees.
  • Maintain training records and assist in scheduling.
  • Manage leave applications and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide frontline HR support to operational staff.

  • Monitor probation milestones for new hires.
