Job Summary
The Operations Admin Executive will support the daily operations of our office. This role involves organizing office activities, assisting with internal communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office systems and processes.
Roles Responsibilities
● Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team and other departments.
● Manage daily office activities, including handling incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
● Assist the operations team with preparing and posting job advertisements on our platform
● Manage manual attendance records: compile, verify, and update attendance reports regularly.
● Track and manage inventory of gift redemption items, ensuring accurate records.
● Provide reception duties when necessary, including greeting visitors and handling front desk inquiries.
● Support onboarding processes for new hires and assist with internal communications.
● Ensure all administrative processes are executed with high accuracy and within set deadlines.
● Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
● Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support organizational goals.
Requirements
● Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
● Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
● High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
● Positive attitude, team player, and customer-service oriented.
● 6 days work week, able to commit weekends
