Responsibilities

- Support supervisor in verifying QC reports.
- Conduct routine inspections per customer specifications.

- Carry out daily quality checks on calibration tools used by the QC team to maintain quality standards.
- Support the supervisor in verifying the accuracy of QC reports during shift handovers.
- Conduct routine inspections (incoming, in-process, and outgoing) in accordance with customer specifications and drawings.
- Perform inspections using digital forms (Kizeo) via iPad.
- Execute specific customer-required inspections through the ERP system.
- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process crates, outbound shipments, and other items as specified by customers.
- Handle Y7/Y8 processes in SAP for non-conformance crates.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, including OPS packers, admin staff, and logistics coordinators.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor, Executive, or Manager.
