About the role

Domaco International Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to join their team. This full-time position is based in Tai Seng, North-East Region, and will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist with the full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files

  • Coordinate employee training and development programmes

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements and supporting company events

  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations

What we’re looking for
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws and regulations

  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
