The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating comprehensive crisis management strategies across Business Continuity Management and Civil Emergency portfolios to ensure organisational resilience and operational readiness. This position reports to Manager, Crisis Planning and Operations. This role works closely with the Manager and leads collaboratively as part of a team to drive institutional preparedness by establishing robust emergency response frameworks, managing business continuity capabilities, and coordinating multi-agency responses during crisis situations. The incumbent ensures compliance with relevant crisis management standards whilst driving a proactive crisis preparedness culture through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, training programme delivery, and continuous improvement activities.
