Job Description: Admin & Project Coordinator (Interior Design)

About the Role: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. You will be the engine room of our operations, ensuring that behind every beautiful home we create, the paperwork is seamless and the permits are in order.

No experience? No problem. While prior experience in ID is a plus, we are looking for the right attitude and a sharp mind. If you are tech-savvy and pick up new software quickly, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Permit Management: Handle applications for HDB Renovation Permits, Management Office (MCST) approvals, and relevant site permits.

  • Documentation: Systematic filing of project contracts, invoices, and floor plans.

  • Project Liaison: Coordinate between interior designers, sub-contractors, and clients for smooth document flow.

  • Office Administration: General office upkeep, ordering supplies, and handling inquiries.

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with miscellaneous tasks as required to support the team’s daily operations.

Requirements
  • Tech-Savvy: You must be very comfortable with technology, digital portals, and office software. Candidates who can demonstrate high digital literacy will have a significant advantage.

  • Experience: Prior experience in ID/Construction is a bonus, but not required.

  • Attributes: High attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask.

  • Communication: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to handle official permit applications.
