You'll own strategic initiatives end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams across blockchain, product, marketing, and design to shape the future of Web3 gaming.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with game studios, platforms, brands, and influencers.
- Business Growth: Drive go-to-market strategies and support revenue generation through innovative campaigns and Web3 activations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay on top of NFT, GameFi, and Web3 trends; conduct market research to uncover new opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Represent Crypto.com at industry events, build visibility, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Coordinate and deliver cross-functional projects on time, with clear KPI tracking and optimization.
- Strategic Input: Provide insights to leadership, help align priorities, and shape the company's growth trajectory.
- 3+ years in strategic business roles (BD, Partnerships, Corporate Dev), preferably in Web3 or gaming
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships
- Deep understanding of blockchain, NFTs, GameFi, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, structured, and proactive problem-solver
- Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environments
