Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, and monitor progress regularly.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.
  • Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing market penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare proposals, manage pricing strategies, and handle negotiations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in menu planning, costing, and customization for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and analyse sales data to report on performance.

Key Requirements Include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or any related fields.
  • 10–15 years of progressive/cumulative sales experience within catering, hospitality, or Food & Beverage sectors.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Experienced in tendering processes and procurement procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of catering operations and event logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in catering sales software and Microsoft Office applications.
