    As a Retail Business Development Associate at OneStop located in Sewri, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in spearheading new initiatives and experiments to stay ahead in the ever-evolving retail landscape. With 12 years of industry presence and a strong market share, we believe in fostering newer experiments today to shape the business landscape of tomorrow.Your primary responsibility will involve ideating, planning, executing, operating, and monitoring these new initiatives under the guidance of the company's director. This role presents an exciting opportunity to closely collaborate with senior leadership, ensuring a steep learning curve and a rewarding experience.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:- Identify new business opportunities, product lines, partnerships, and market segments.- Develop feasibility studies and business cases for potential ventures.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to validate business opportunities.- Lead go-to-market strategies and oversee initial execution.Business Planning & Execution:- Collaborate with leadership to define vision, objectives, and financial projections for new initiatives.- Develop structured business models, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and investment needs.- Establish operational frameworks for launching and scaling new business units.- Oversee pilot programs and evaluate performance for long-term sustainability.Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and collaborations to support new business initiatives.- Build relationships with key industry players to anticipate trends and capitalize on opportunities.Financial & Performance Management:- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for new initiatives.- Collaborate with finance teams to develop sustainable financial models.- Optimize budgets and resource allocation to enhance profitability.Cross-functional Leadership & Execution:- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, sales, and operations teams.- Lead cross-functional teams to bring new projects to market.- Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the organization.Requirements:- Retail MBA in Marketing or MBA in Marketing.- Proven experience in retail management.- Strong initiative-taking abilities and adaptability to greenfield environments.- Proficient in handling multi-functional roles.- Demonstrated accountability and ownership.This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
