You are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Manager for Business Development & Sales at our leading management consulting firm specializing in ESG, EPR, Corporate Finance, and Business Operations. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and nurture new business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
    • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competition.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
    • Lead negotiation and closure of complex deals for mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Continuously optimize business development processes for efficiency.
  2. Sales Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and metrics to measure progress.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on sales collateral and materials.
    • Utilize CRM tools for sales activity tracking and relationship management.
  3. Consulting Services:
    • Provide strategic guidance leveraging consulting expertise.
    • Develop customized solutions addressing client needs and delivering measurable value.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, offering recommendations and actionable strategies.
    • Drive innovation in consulting offerings based on market feedback.
  4. Effective Communication:
    • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
    • Present products/services value proposition persuasively.
    • Listen actively to client feedback and address concerns professionally.
    • Encourage open communication and collaboration within teams.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
