Your mission
As the SAP Regional Business Development Lead at UiPath, you will drive strategic growth initiatives across the Asian region by leveraging your deep SAP ecosystem expertise. You will build and nurture key relationships with SAP stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships that accelerate adoption of UiPath's automation solutions. Your role will be pivotal in identifying market opportunities, developing business strategies, and executing sales campaigns that position UiPath as the premier automation partner for SAP customers.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive adoption of UiPath solutions within the SAP ecosystem
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key SAP stakeholders across sales, presales, and partner management in the Asian region
- Lead complex sales cycles from demand generation through contract closure, working closely with internal teams
- Create and deliver compelling value propositions that demonstrate the synergies between UiPath and SAP technologies
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand UiPath's footprint within the SAP customer base
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between UiPath offerings and SAP's technology roadmap
- Represent UiPath at industry events and SAP-focused forums to increase brand visibility and thought leadership
What you'll bring to the team
- 10+ years of proven experience in the SAP ecosystem, ideally with direct experience at SAP
- Extensive network of connections within SAP sales, presales, and partner management across the Asian region
- Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles from demand generation to contract closure
- Solid technical background in SAP S/4HANA and Business Technology Platform (BTP), with up-to-date product knowledge
- Experience with automation technologies and initial exposure to agentic systems
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building capabilities
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Asia and potentially worldwide
