Job Description

Operational Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Implement, configure, maintain, support, monitor, and enhance the organization's business applications including HR, FISCM systems, service management systems, project management systems, content/document management systems, collaboration platforms, and other business enterprise solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose, reliable, efficient, effective, secure, and achieve their intended benefits for the organization.
2. Provide training and guidance to end users on the effective use and management of business applications.
3. Ensure that business applications comply with relevant best practices, regulatory requirements, enterprise architecture standards, governance programs, and cybersecurity policies.
4. Manage engagements with contracted vendors for business applications support, managed services, or professional services to ensure that service delivery meets the targeted scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
5. Investigate and resolve business applications related incidents in compliance with the organization's relevant policies and procedures.
6. Fulfill business applications related service requests in compliance with the organization's relevant policies and procedures.
7. Evaluate and process IT demand requests involving business applications and support fulfillment of those that are approved in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and by following the organization's IT project management framework.
8. Mentor and guide junior colleagues.
9. Experience in SAP IT Finance Functional (FI/CO) Consultant consulting roles.
10. Expertise in financial accounting, controlling, and reporting.
11. Experience with S/4HANA Finance or RISE migration projects.
12. Expert in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module (sales orders, pricing, billing, etc.).
13. Implement, configure, and support SAP FI module (GL, AP, AR, AA).
14. Collaborate with finance teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions.

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in the field of Information Technology or in a relevant field.

Professional Certifications Required:

Sample of preferred certifications:

• Certifications relevant to business enterprise solutions adopted at JHAH
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

Years of Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field.
