An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Supervisor – Quality Control, based in Dammam, KSA, who will report directly to the QA/QC & SHE Superintendent.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Supervisor, Quality Control, who will plan and supervise the day-to-day activities of a group of QA/QC staff supporting a specific area of the Tasnee business or an external client group.

They will oversee the operation of a team of QA/QC staff, ensuring compliance with Tasnee quality, safety, health, and environmental procedures, as well as good laboratory practices. They will manage the administration and continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes within resource and budget constraints.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing new techniques and technical equipment to support the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes
• Delivering efficient testing services and providing troubleshooting support on quality issues to internal/external customers
• Planning and allocating work to team members to meet testing schedules and quality project requirements
• Ensuring timely and accurate recording and reporting of testing data, observations, and required actions
• Participating in quality audits and complaints management processes; supporting resolution of corrective actions from audits
• Interacting with operations staff to determine causes of quality issues and ensuring corrective/preventive actions are taken

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
• 3 years experience with a Degree or 8 years with a Diploma, plus 5 years supervisory experience
