Job Title: Business Development Manager – Home Healthcare (Riyadh)

Sanadi Home Healthcare is a reputable Dubai-headquartered home healthcare provider expanding operations into Saudi Arabia. We are an international company committed to clinical excellence with a team of European-qualified clinicians and robust clinical governance. As we establish our Riyadh presence, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our commercial expansion.

The Business Development Manager will own market entry and commercial growth activities in KSA. You will develop a localized go-to-market strategy, secure government and private sector contracts, manage tendering processes, and establish strategic partnerships while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Sanadi’s clinical standards.

• Create and execute a Saudi-specific business development and market-entry plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify opportunities and lead bidding for government tenders, institutional contracts and large private-sector agreements.
• Understand and navigate government procurement rules, funding routes, insurer reimbursement mechanisms and payment flows in KSA.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders including health authorities, MOH entities, hospitals, insurers, corporate clients and referral networks.
• Prepare tender documents, proposals, commercial models and contractual terms; negotiate and close agreements.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations and compliance teams (including our European-qualified staff) to ensure commercial feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Manage CRM, develop pipeline, forecast revenue and report KPIs and market intelligence.
• Hire, mentor and lead local BD resources as operations scale.
• Represent Sanadi at industry events and stakeholder meetings.

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive business development experience in home healthcare, community care or related healthcare services, including managerial responsibility.
• Proven in-depth knowledge of the Saudi healthcare sector, procurement frameworks, government contracting and payment/funding systems.
• Demonstrable success winning tenders and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong stakeholder network and proven ability to engage health authorities, insurers and institutional buyers in KSA.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written & spoken) — Arabic fluency is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy or similar; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work across cross-functional teams.
• Saudi residency/iqaama or eligibility to work in KSA is preferred.

امتلاك مسؤولية دخول السوق وتوسيع الحضور التجاري في المملكة. إعداد استراتيجية موطنية (Go-to-Market)، الفوز بالعقود الحكومية والخاصة، إدارة عمليات المناقصات والعطاءات، وإقامة شراكات استراتيجية مع الالتزام باللوائح المحلية ومعايير Sanadi السريرية.

• وضع وتنفيذ خطة تطوير أعمال ودخول للسوق السعودي متوافقة مع أهداف الشركة.
• استهداف وقيادة الترشح للفوز بالعطاءات الحكومية والعقود المؤسسية والاتفاقيات الخاصة الكبيرة.
• فهم ومعالجة قواعد الشراء الحكومية، مسارات التمويل، آليات تعويض التأمين، وتدفقات الدفع في المملكة.
• بناء علاقات مستدامة مع الجهات الحكومية الصحية، وزارة الصحة والجهات ذات الصلة، المستشفيات، شركات التأمين، العملاء المؤسسين وشبكات الإحالة.
• إعداد وثائق المناقصات، العروض، النماذج التجارية والشروط التعاقدية والتفاوض عليها حتى الإغلاق.
• التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق السريرية والعمليات والامتثال لضمان جدوى الخطط التجارية والالتزام بالمعايير التنظيمية.
• إدارة نظام CRM وتطوير قائمة العملاء المحتملين، توقع الإيرادات، وإعداد تقارير مؤشرات الأداء والمعلومات السوقية.
• توظيف وتوجيه وقيادة فريق تطوير أعمال محلي مع نمو العمليات.
• تمثيل Sanadi في الفعاليات الصناعية واجتماعات الجهات ذات العلاقة.

• لا تقل عن 7 سنوات خبرة عملية متقدمة في تطوير الأعمال في قطاع الرعاية الصحية المنزلية أو الرعاية المجتمعية أو خدمات صحية ذات صلة، مع خبرة إدارية.
• معرفة عميقة بمنظومة الرعاية الصحية في السعودية، أطر الشراء الحكومي، التعاقد مع الجهات الحكومية وآليات التمويل والدفع.
• سجل مثبت بالفوز بمناقصات وعقود والتفاوض على اتفاقيات تجارية معقدة.
• شبكة علاقات فعالة وقدرة مثبتة على التعامل مع الجهات الصحية والجهات المشتريّة وشركات التأمين في المملكة.
• الطلاقة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة) — الطلاقة بالعربية شرط أساسي.
• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة الرعاية الصحية أو التمريض أو الصيدلة أو مجال ذو صلة؛ ويفضّل الحاصلين على ماجستير إدارة أعمال (MBA).
• الاستعداد للسفر والعمل عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
• يفضّل وجود إقامة في السعودية أو أهلية قانونية للعمل بالمملكة.
