Job summary

A business partner management firm in Riyadh is seeking a candidate to manage partner accounts, enhance relationships, and implement strategic sales initiatives. The role involves maintaining a healthy relationship with partners, negotiating pricing, generating leads, and monitoring market information to drive business growth. Strong account management, communication, and analytical skills are essential. The ideal candidate will help maximize wallet share and support Sell-in and Sell-out operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain healthy relationships with partners through regular visits and communication.
  • Increase business opportunities with existing customers by competitive analysis.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  • Negotiate and implement strategic sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Assist partners in Sell-in and Sell-out operations.
  • Gather market information and report unusual behaviors/patterns.
  • Drive development of customer/channel plans for assigned accounts.
  • Develop excellent relationships with customers to address concerns.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and update progress regularly.
  • Manage quotations, pricing, and order execution.
  • Handle billing to customers.

Job Purpose

Strives to grow the business in order to attain the maximum wallet share from the partners, the complete ownership on the respective accounts in terms of business, sales, credit and ensure maximum penetration on the account.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining healthy relationship with the partners through regular visiting, providing information about product/promotions/ training and solving their queries if any and meeting their requirements.
  2. Increase business opportunities by being updated on products and competitors with existing customers
  3. Identifying and increasing Channel Breadth and map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  4. Negotiating and implementing strategic sales initiatives, promotions, pricing and new product launches.
  5. Assisting the partners in Sell-in and Sell-out
  6. Gathering the market information about the customer worthiness, sensing the market and any unusual behaviors’/ pattern and make sense out of it.
  7. Drive development of customer/channel plans for assigned customer accounts.
  8. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Customers at various levels to understand needs, address concerns, etc.
  9. Maintaining pipeline and updating on the progress.
  10. Responsible for sending quotations, selling pricing, order execution, maintenance of customer database etc.
  11. Billing to customers.
