Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Oversee and manage all documentation processes related to shipping and logistics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• ERP Utilization: Effectively utilize shipping ERP systems for documentation purposes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• MS Office Proficiency: Create, manage, and maintain documents using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless documentation processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards as per Saudi Arabian guidelines.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on documentation processes, including updates on any issues or discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia, specifically in a documentation management role within the shipping industry.
• ERP Expertise: Proven experience working with shipping ERP systems.
• MS Office Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Driving License: A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory for candidates interested in Sales and Marketing roles.
• Iqama Status: Candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
• Availability: Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred.
