• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to the restaurant's policies.
• Assist in training new staff members and providing guidance on service standards and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of restaurant operations.
• Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, specifically in a reputable and prestigious hotel.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
