- Supervise and coordinate works in the maintenance department.
- Plan and organize work schedules for maintenance staff.
- Ensure proper training for maintenance staff regarding job responsibilities.
- Evaluate job performance of all maintenance staff.
- Maintain all machinery and equipment in proper conditions.
Skills
Education
Supervise, coordinate and organize the works in the maintenance department, train up all maintenance staff to their jobs & Responsibilities. Liaise with department for receiving and entering all maintenance work orders; assigned and scheduled to the technicians
- Plan and organize work schedule and special assignments to the maintenance technicians and staff.
- Established and maintain the highest standard of maintenance works in all their job responsibilities procedures, techniques and policies of most efficient manner.
- Daily checking the maintenance of replacement of false ceiling, replacement of 60x60 lighting diffusers. Cleaning of indoor outdoor units of Air conditioning, Plumbing work, carpentry work of the building to be completed.
- Responsible in preparing the maintenance work order & job requisition & plan for monthly maintenance report and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure that all maintenance staff gets proper training and orientation of all their job responsibilities procedures, techniques and policies of HMG. Arrange with Housekeeping supervisor to maintain HMG standard during cleaning.
- Responsible for making maintenance schedule daily, weekly, monthly, 3 month for all technical field and make UPS & Generator Testing schedule and providing proper maintenance services.
- Responsible for evaluation of job performance of all maintenance staff.
- Maintain regular check-up all machinery and equipment in proper maintenance and standard conditions.
- Assisting the Maintenance Managers for receiving planned works & taking decision to perform the maintenance work orders.
- Responsible in giving assignments to the technicians and coordinate with the scheduling.
- Prepare and follow up purchase requisition for required maintenance materials.
- Work all times in a safe manner within the process of the policies and procedures of the hospital.
- Participate in, and lead person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Performs other applicable works and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.
