Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, offering menu recommendations and answering any questions about food and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items are presented attractively and meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to the restaurant's policies.
- Assist in training new staff members and providing guidance on service standards and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of restaurant operations.
- Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.
