We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for creating delicious and inventive pastries for our customers. This position requires creativity, innovation, and a passion for baking.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. You must have the ability to follow recipes accurately and possess excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of food safety regulations.

1. Create pastry dishes including cakes, pies, tarts, cookies, muffins, and other desserts according to recipes.
2. Monitor product quality to ensure products meet customer satisfaction standards.
3. Follow food safety guidelines and adhere to sanitation standards.
4. Maintain inventory of supplies necessary for pastry production.
5. Work with other kitchen staff to ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner.

1. At least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional setting is required.
2. Knowledge of baking techniques such as tempering, creaming, and kneading is essential.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
4. Must be able to follow recipes accurately and possess excellent time management skills.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 SAR per month plus benefits for qualified applicants who are willing to relocate if necessary.
