Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  3. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of offerings with customer needs.
  5. Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on account status and growth potential.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any issues proactively.
